[Diocese of Central Ecuador]  The Episcopal Diocese of Central Ecuador, meeting in Quito on February 16 and 17 in its 32nd annual convention, heard Bishop Wilfrido Ramos-Orench speak about "God inviting us to work not in isolation but in collaboration and harmony one with another."

He told the Convention: "It was not on a whim that Jesus sent his disciples out two-by-two. God does not want 'lone rangers.' God invites us to be collaborators in discipleship and ministry at all ecclesial levels." (more )
